Questions: Will birds go to a bird feeder with a fake horned owl on top of it?
Hypothesis: I think they will because they will realize that it is fake. Maybe after three or four days they will
know that the owl is just a fake.
Materials: I will need two bird feeders, a plastic owl, the same bird seed for booth, string and a measuring tape.
Methods and Materials: My independent variables is the owl and my dependent variable is the birds. My method is to put two bird feeders on different sides of the house. I'm going to put an owl on one and keep the other one just normal. A will fill them booth up with the same bird seed, and then put them out at the same time. I will put the bird seed in a measuring cup and put the bird feeders outside. I will come back a hour later and see which bird feeder they ate from more.
